Photography Sessions by Approval Only: To maintain a serene environment for our horses and visitors alike, all photography sessions at Olivewood Acres are by approval only. We kindly request that you contact us in advance to schedule your session and discuss the details.

Typical Availability: We understand that timing is essential when it comes to capturing the perfect moments. Our photography sessions are typically Mondays and Saturday late afternoon to dusk. However, we are open to considering alternative time slots that may better suit your needs.

First-Time Photoshoots Bonus: For first-time photographers at Olivewood Acres, we’re excited to offer an extra hour free of charge! We want you to have ample time to explore the ranch’s picturesque settings and familiarize yourself with the ideal spots for captivating shots.

Respecting the Space and Residents: The safety and well-being of our cherished horse residents are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from using glitter, confetti, or smoke during the photography sessions. Additionally, we request that nothing be brought onto the property that may disturb the serene atmosphere or compromise the comfort of our beloved animals.

No Gender Reveals: While we celebrate every special moment, we regret to inform you that gender reveals are not permitted during photography sessions at Olivewood Acres. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the tranquility of the ranch environment.

Maximum of Two Photographers: To ensure a relaxed and intimate experience, we limit each photography session to a maximum of two photographers. This will enable you to focus on your creative vision and foster a deeper connection with the enchanting surroundings.

Family Pets on Approval: We cherish all animals, including your beloved pets. However, for the safety and well-being of everyone at Olivewood Acres, we kindly ask that you seek approval from us before bringing any family pets along to the photography sessions.
